TERMS OF SERVICE

✧ please provide at least 1 clear reference
_{if you dont't have a reference, a compilation of features/outfit/etc. and description will do}✧ I, as the artist, have the right to cancel/reject the order if I am uncomfortable/unable to complete it.✧ Do not use my artwork commercially (unless agreed upon) or claim it as your own.✧ All drawings will include a signature that you may not remove.✧ paid using Paypal.✧ ETA: 1-2 weeks

HOW TO ORDER

✧ Prepare 1-2 reference photos of desired character✧ I can't read your mind! Please specify what pose / outfit / action / canvas size / etc. you'd like.✧ Dm me on any of my socials
_{most active on discord!}✧ I will be needing your paypal email for the invoice and sending of the final artwork✧ First come first serve basis

PAYMENT

✧ MOP: paypal✧ I will be sending an invoice to you through paypal once we've settled on the artwork details.✧ After the first draft is sent, client must pay full amount!

REFUNDING?

✧ Refund will not be available after I have started rendering the piece.✧ Half of the original payment will be refunded✧ If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued^{ex. 15 USD = 7 USD refunded , 20 USD = 10 USD refunded}

DEADLINES

✧ ETA: Varies around 1 or 2 weeks
_{might be less or more depending on my schedule; please bear in mind i have a life!}✧ You may ask for wips at any time! _{( highly encouraged )}✧ Depending on the complexity of the commission, timeframe might change✧ I will inform you ASAP if there might be any delay to the artwork!

USAGE

✧ I do not consent to my art being used for AI or NFT's✧ I retain the right to the artwork, and am allowed to post it on my social media platforms _{(unless agreed upon not to)}✧ the artwork will include a small watermark in all possible versions✧ Using my art commercially as merch, prints, and etc. is not allowed.✧ You may post the artwork with proper credit on your social media and/or use as a profile picture.^{If you'd like to do something that is not mentioned in this list, please ask.}
